What Pickslot collects from Clients and Visitors, why, who else touches it, and how to get it deleted. This is part of the same offer as our Terms of Service.

Who we are
1.1Pickslot (pick-slot.app) is an hourly booking service for coworking rooms and meeting spaces, operated by Individual Entrepreneur (IE) Amirbayeva, Republic of Kazakhstan — the data controller for the personal data described below (see Section 10 for full company details).
1.2Questions about this policy or your data go to info@pick-slot.app.
What data we collect
| Who | Data | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Client | Name, email, phone, Unit name/address, Unit photos and video | Running your account, the Unit's public page, contacting you about Bookings |
| Visitor | Name, email | Making and confirming a Booking, status notifications |
| Booking | Date/time, Unit, status, who cancelled it | Running the booking flow, a history both sides can refer back to |
We never collect or store payment details — card numbers and the like. Payment, where a Client enables it, happens outside Pickslot entirely, on a link the Client provides (see the Terms of Service, Section 8).
Why we process it
3.1To run the Service you signed up for — creating your account, publishing a Unit, processing a Booking, sending the notifications that flow describes.
3.2We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Consent
4.1Using the Service — registering a Client account, or making your first Booking as a Visitor — requires agreeing to this policy, via the consent checkbox on that form. The fact and time of consent are recorded on your account.
Who else processes your data
5.1Resend — sends the Service's email notifications (booking confirmations, cancellations, and the rest of the notifications the Terms of Service describe).
5.2Cloudflare R2 — stores Unit photos and video.
5.3Our own database — self-hosted PostgreSQL on our own server (OVHcloud, Warsaw, Poland), under our control, not a third-party managed database.
5.4We don't currently use analytics or advertising cookies/scripts of any kind. If that changes, we'll update this policy and this section first.
Cookies
6.1The Service sets two cookies today, both strictly necessary to sign you in — neither is used for tracking or advertising:
| Cookie | Set for | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
| pickslot_token | Client | Keeps you signed in | 30 days |
| pickslot_visitor_token | Visitor | Keeps you signed in to “My Bookings” | 30 days |
6.2Because these are the only cookies we set, and both are strictly necessary for the Service to function, we don't show a cookie-consent banner — there is nothing optional to consent to. We'll add one the day that stops being true (see Section 5.4).
Data retention and deletion
7.1We keep your data for as long as your account is active. A completed Booking's record stays in both the Client's and Visitor's Booking history for as long as their accounts exist.
7.2To have your data deleted, email info@pick-slot.app. Deletion requests are currently handled manually while the Service is this early — there's no self-service “delete my account” button yet.
Your rights
8.1You can ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or its deletion, at info@pick-slot.app.
Changes to this policy
9.1We may update this policy as the Service changes. Changes take effect when this page is republished; continuing to use the Service afterward means you accept the update.
